1. Order Processing & Handling Time
Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.
Special-order or backordered items may require additional time. You will be notified of any delays.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
2. Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are estimates only. Contact us for custom quotes on large or oversize items.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Additional fees or adjustments may apply and will be communicated before processing.
Customs and Duties Fees: International customers are responsible for all custom fees, taxes, and duties imposed by their government. By placing an order, you agree to pay these fees and understand that they are not collected by HORNET MADNESS.
Damage in Transit: Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damage or missing items within 24 hours of receipt. Do not discard packaging. We will assist you in filing claims with the carrier.
Free Shipping Offers: Only valid for standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Freight or oversize surcharges may apply. If you return a free-shipping item, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
3. Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling costs).
Returns requested after 7 days (up to 20 days) are subject to a 20% restocking fee and are issued as store credit only.
Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
Process: Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Include RA# and invoice copy in the return package.
Special-order items are non-refundable and non-cancellable once shipped.
Carbon fiber items are subject to a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
4. Price Match Guarantee
We match the published price of any U.S. supplier for identical items.
Provide a link or copy of the advertisement before purchase for immediate adjustment.
Post-purchase price match requests are issued as store credit within 7 days of your order.
We reserve the right to decline matches for out-of-stock items, unauthorized sellers, clearance products, or currency differences.
5. Special Orders & Custom Products
Special-order items require 100% non-refundable payment at the time of purchase.
Custom finish wheels and other made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded.
6. Custom Wheel Policy
Inspect wheels immediately upon receipt.
Report any shipping damage before mounting tires.
Once a tire is mounted on a wheel, the sale is final.
Special-order or custom-finish wheels are not eligible for refunds.
7. Warranty Support
Many products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist in processing warranty claims but do not provide an additional store warranty.
Warranty coverage does not include labor or installation costs.
8. Installation & Fitment Disclaimer
Professional installation is strongly recommended for many aftermarket parts.
Fitment is the responsibility of the buyer. Please verify compatibility before ordering. Contact us for guidance.
On-Premises Installation: We offer installation services at both of our locations. Our hands-on experience with the products means we can provide practical help and advice.
HORNET MADNESS is not liable for damage or injury caused by improper installation or vehicle modifications.
9. Payment & Security
Orders are charged in U.S. dollars. International buyers’ banks may convert to local currency.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency payments via CoinPayments.net.
Credit Card and PayPal Processing Fee for Cancellations: If an order is canceled, a 4% processing fee will be subtracted from any refund. This fee is charged by the credit card processor and not retained by HORNET MADNESS. To avoid this fee, you may request a store credit refund instead.
Orders may be subject to verification to protect against fraud.
10. Liability Disclaimer
HORNET MADNESS is not liable for incidental or consequential damages from the use or misuse of products purchased.
Some products are intended for off-road or race use only and may not comply with local laws. Check regulations before purchase.

We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders due to incorrect listings.
